Products description: Double stage roots blower
Double stage roots blower consists two sets roots blower, assembed by cascade type.
The RH double stage roots blowers are positive displacement pumps able to provide a constant output of gas, normally air, while the pressure varies. The rotors are a three-lobe special design, high precision machined to grant minimal internal clearances in order to achieve a higher operating efficiency; their rotation is synchronized by helical gears. The drive is through V-belt which allows the selection of the correct rotational speed depending on the performance requirements. The rotors, the casing, the covers are in cast iron, the shafts are in carbon steel and the gears are in chrome steel, duly treated for high reliability. Double stage roots blower can be used either as a compressor . There are many applications which involve RH double stage roots blowers but most frequent are: compressed air for the aeration of clarifiers in water treatment plants, compressed air flow for powder transportation in pneumatic conveying, gas transfer, soil remediation, drying . and many others
