(1) Roots blower air end

1.Case, bearing housing, oil tank, gear 

box.These components are cast from high-strength gray cast iron and is artificially aged. The tensile strength of the casing shall not be less than 200MPa; each connection surface shall be mechanically processed to ensure good sealing performance and prevent air leakage

2. rotor（impeller）

The blower is a high-speed, high-efficiency, low-noise three-lobe rotor, which avoids contact between the rotors due to slight axial displacement, and can ensure a small spiral clearance to improve efficiency

3. Gear

Using high-precision synchronous gears, gear accuracy reaches level 5. The gear is made of 20CrMnTi, with a service life of more than 50,000 hours

4. Bearing

The gears are made of 20CrMnTi, with a service life of more than 50,000 hours. In order to adapt to continuous 24 hours of heavy load operation, bearing lubrication is oil lubrication and grease lubrication

5.Shaft
