Maintenance and overhaul

The safe operation and service life of the blower depends on the daily maintenance and maintenance. In addition to the general maintenance procedures, the following points must also be paid attention to:

a. Check the tightness of each part and whether the positioning pins are loose. If there is looseness, tighten them.

b. Whether there is water seepage and oil leakage in the blower.

c. Regularly clean the internal scale of the blower body to ensure the flexible rotation of the fan impeller.

d. Pay attention to whether the cooling of the lubricating oil is normal, pay attention to the quality of the lubricating oil, often listen for noise in the operation of the blower, and pay attention to whether the unit is working under non-compliant conditions.

e. The overload of the blower is sometimes not displayed immediately. Always pay attention to the changes in inlet and outlet pressure, bearing temperature and motor current to determine whether the machine is normal.

f. When disassembling the machine, measure the matching dimensions of the machine, make a record, and mark the parts to ensure the assembly and maintain the original matching requirements.

g. The blower of the new machine or the overhauled blower should be put into operation according to the use steps. It is recommended to replace all lubricating oil after 8 hours of operation.

h. Under normal circumstances, the unit is required to change the lubricating oil after 1000 hours of operation, and perform minor repairs or inspections after 4000 hours, overhaul once a year and replace the skeleton seal ring.
