3. There shall be no scaling, rusting and peeling inside the blower body.

4. Pay attention to whether the lubrication and heat dissipation are functioning normally, pay attention to the quality of the lubricating oil, regularly listen to whether there is abnormal noise in the operation of the blower.

5. Sometimes the overload of the blower is not immediately displayed, so pay attention to the increasing air flow of the air inlet and exhaust pressure, bearing temperature and motor current as well to find our  whether the machine is operating normally.

6. Before disassembling the machine, measure and record the matching dimensions of the machine, and mark the parts to ensure that the original matching requirements are maintained when assembly later.

7. The oil tank of new machine or air blower overhauled shall be cleaned before put into operation according to the use steps. It is recommended to replace all lubricating oil after 8 hours of operation.

8. The maintenance and repair shall be carried out on schedule according to the reasonable maintenance system formulated according to the specific use conditions, and records shall be made. It is recommended to overhaul once a year, and replace the bearing and related vulnerable parts.
