Pre startup inspection of Roots blower

Preparation before starting theblower-RH roots blower

a. Check the installation quality of the fasteners and positioning pins.

b. Check the installation quality of inlet and outlet pipes and valves.

c. Check whether the assembly clearance of the blower meets the requirements

d. Check the coaxiality of the blower and the motor, and the coaxiality error between the active shaft of the blower and the motor shaft shall not exceed 0.1mm, otherwise it will cause vibration, oil leakage and other phenomena, which will affect the service life of blower

e. Check whether the base of the unit is fully cushioned and whether the anchor bolts are tight.

f. Before the blower is put into operation, add 100# mechanical oil to the main and auxiliary oil tanks to 2_3mm upwards from the center of the oil mark.

g. Due to the pressure in the main and auxiliary tanks, the upper and lower oil plugs of the main and auxiliary tanks should be tightened, otherwise it will cause oil leakage.

h. If there is a cooling mechanism, inject antifreeze coolant into the cooling part.

i. Fully open the blower inlet and outlet valves, turn the rotor, and pay attention to whether there are abnormal noises in each part.

j. Check the rotation of the motor, and it must be in accordance with the direction indicated on the steering sign, otherwise the  blower will not be able to discharge the air normally.
