a. Adjust slowly and gradually as required, and bring the load until  up to the rated load. It is not allowed to adjust to the rated load once.

b. The so-called rated load refers to the static pressure difference between the intake and exhaust outlet shown on the nameplate. When the pressure at the exhaust port is normal, attention must be paid to changes in the pressure at the intake port to avoid overload.

c. Due to the characteristics of the Roots blower, it is not allowed to connect the gas at the exhaust port directly back to the intake port of the blower for a long time (change the temperature of the intake port), otherwise the safety of the blower will be affected.

d. During normal operation of the blower, it is strictly forbidden to completely close the exhaust valve, nor to overload operation.

e. The surface temperature of each rolling bearing generally does not exceed 95° when the blower is running under rated conditions.

f. Always pay attention to the splash condition of lubricating oil and the position of the oil quantity. If the oil level is below the center line of the oil mark. Must refuel to the required position in time.

g. Pay attention to the belt tension of the belt-driven type blower. The new blower has been adjusted by the factory when it leaves the factory, and it should be tightened again after 24 hours when  operation. Then it will be tightened regularly to ensure the normal operation of the blower

h. When replacing the V-belt, the complete set of belts should be replaced at the same time. The belt type and specifications should be unified. When installing the belt, pay attention to the parallel of the two pulley shafts, and the belt and the shaft are at right angles; do not use tools to forcibly hang in, use a tensioning device instead
