Roots blower are widely used in various industries, mostly in water treatment plant for aeration, in power plant for supplying air to oxidize sulfide, in biogas field to boosting process gas etc.
For process gases like methane or biogas, roots blower are designed slightly different with normal air boosting blower.
Most of the case,for boosting process gases like biogas or methane,roots blower are treated with nickle phosphorus coating on the surface of contact components, which is corrosion resistant and explosion proof. Roots blower are designed air tight, with no gas leakage, which is suitable for harsh working environment.
