Before putting roots blower into operation,there are some precautions to be paid to.We have listed them as follows:

• Roots blower are highly precision fabricated equipment.The clearance between rotors and headplate are quite tiny. Which means there should not be any foreign materials enter into the blower chamber.Make sure the connection pipe is clean before connect to the blower.

• Lubrication is important in operating rotating equipments like roots blower. Check the lubrication oil level on the oil sight gauge.If the oil gone bad, it should be changed. RH blower recommend the oil change period is every 1000 operating hours.

• For v-belt transmittion blower, Pay attention to the belt tension before putting it to use.We have set up the proper blower tension before shipping. It is suggested to tighten it againg after inicial startup

• Check the foundation, make sure  the foundation is solid to support the blower
