The high-pressure blower can be installed at any angle, so the foundation has high requirements. Its size and bearing capacity must meet the requirements. Generally, the bearing capacity of the installation foundation must be 3 to 5 times the weight of the high-pressure blower. The flatness of the foundation base ensures that the oil, debris, soil, etc. in the foundation ground and the reserved holes of the anchor bolts are cleaned up. And smooth the foundation surface of the horn prevention part.
2) Set the baseline
When the high-pressure blower is in place, line up the equipment foundation according to the installation drawings and the foundation axis and the elevation line, and find the basic centerline of the equipment and the corresponding installation standards. If there are interconnected or arranged equipment between the installation equipment, divide To the same installation reference line, to ensure the stability of the installation, to avoid the phenomenon of offset and other phenomena during the later use.
3) Unloading displacement
In order to facilitate the transportation and installation of the high-pressure blower, the main unit of the blower and the generator can be temporarily fixed on the same base. A crane of about 20t is used to remove the high-pressure blower and other equipment from the transport vehicle, and then two parallel guide rails are placed. The bottom of the guide rail should be solidified to avoid deformation of the fan base due to uneven force, which affects the installation and use of the fan. A fixed unloading position is set in the blower room, and then the 10t hoist is used to reverse the chain and pull the fan from the guide rail. Into the blower room.
4) High pressure blower assembly
A 10-15t overhead crane is set up in the blower room to facilitate the installation, commissioning and subsequent maintenance of the high-pressure blower of the equipment. However, under normal circumstances, the overall weight of the high-pressure blower is often greater than the lifting weight of the crane, so separate lifting wind must be performed. The base of the fan is provided by the manufacturer. During the installation of the fan, as long as the base is level, it can effectively ensure that the motor spindle and the equipment spindle are on the same horizontal line. The foundation of the fan must be tested by the system to ensure that all indicators meet the requirements for high pressure blower installation.
5) Blower assembly
During the assembly process of the high-pressure blower, it can only be completed under the guidance of the manufacturer's technical staff. The combined department of the host and the base, the motor and the fan base must be checked with a 0.04mm feeler gauge to ensure that the connecting department has no gap and the outer diameter of the coupling It is controlled at 300mm (± 1mm), the end face gap is controlled at 3 ~ 5mm, and the inclination of the connecting axis is below 0.2 / 1000. To ensure the quality of the high-pressure blower assembly, the connecting bolts are provided by the manufacturer. The same type of fans should be equipped with bolts of the same specifications.
