Introduction

Rongheng roots blower is a highly developed tri-lobe positive displacement blower. The modular design and the wide range of accessories enable it to meet very specific customer requirements. With the development of this model we attached greatest importance in optimized power efficiency, a long lifetime, extremely low vibrations and low noise levels.

The blower is available as high pressure and vacuum version. Additionally we offer a two stage version for pressure requirements from 10.000 to 20.000 mmAq (1 to 2 Kgf/cm²). The two stage roots blower consist of two blowers operating in series. In order to prevent overheating, the conveyed air will be cooled down by a water cooling system sitting between first blowers' discharge and second blowers' inlet. The major advantage of our two stage roots blower is reaching a comparably high pressure. Especially when having long daily operation periods, our two stage blower still guarantees constant discharge air temperature and air flow levels, unlike centrifugal blowers, which deliver comparable pressure levels.

We generally offer additional air and water cooling systems for all blower versions. Extra cooling might be required in case the surrounding temperature exceeds certain levels or the temperature of the conveyed air may not rise above specific degrees, typically for conveying synthetic granules or plastic pellets. Available cooling systems are case external air cooling, water cooling of the blowers' housing and water cooling at the air discharge.

Further accessories include suction and discharge silencer, suction filters, check valve,flexible joints, anchor bolts etc.

Like all our positive displacement blowers, Rongheng roots Blower conveys the medium oil-free. During operation the rotors neither touch each other nor the housing. Therefore no lubrication is required inside the conveying chamber. The medium won't be contaminated by any lubricants or affected by potentially released wear and tear particles.
