biogas booster

Biogas Roots blower is a booster pump designed for natural gas, biogas, coal gas, alcohol mixed gas, straw gas, and other combustion gases, harmful and toxic gases.

Biogas Roots blower can improve the phenomenon of insufficient gas pressure, make the gas burn more fully, and have greater firepower. Due to the negative pressure of the pump, it is widely used in various types of biogas and natural gas pipeline transportation, and can be used in places where the combustion pressure of biogas and natural gas is low, and the pressure of the transportation pipeline is low. When the air source is insufficient, the booster function of the negative pressure pump can be used to achieve the air supply standard and make the pressure normal. The gas booster pump has reliable sealing and no leakage, safe and reliable. After the automatic control system is configured, it can achieve switch automation within the set pressure range.

Picture shown above is our roots blower for biogas boosting application. The blower model is RH15052 with 15kw motor.The project is located in Chongqing China. Four airtight roots blower are playing vital role in delivering biogas.
