Rotary blower peformance

The rotary blower can supply air pressure range from 0.1kgf/cm2-0.5kgf/cm2. It mainly consists of following parts as motor, safety valve, pressure gauge, check valve, oil lens, oil filter, drip nozzle etc.

Working Principle

The rotor eccentrically assembled in the chamber rotates along with four vanes, thus forming air suction、compression、discharging process. The heat is produced by the friction of vane and chamber. Thus lubrication oil should be added from the drip nozzle to reduce heating and noise caused by friction. Oil film is formed during the process to maintain the seal performance. The oil lubrication system works automatically by the pressure difference formed during on-load working stage. So it is forbidden to operate the blower without load.
