Roots blower commissioning standard

1. Lubrication and cooling

Before commissioning, inject the specified grade of lubricating oil into the gearbox to the position of the oil mark, and the lubricating oil has the function of lubricating and cooling at the same time; and injecting an appropriate amount of grease on the drive side of the Roots blower.

2. No negative pressure in the system

Before the no-load commissioning, first remove the intake and exhaust valves of the Roots blower, wrap them with a clean  cloth, and store them in a cool and dry place to keep the system without negative pressure.

3. No-load debugging

1) Turn on the cooling water and lubricating oil pump of the Roots blower, and start the no-load debugging after the water pressure, water temperature, oil pressure, and oil temperature are normal;

2) 2 to 3 turns of the blower, and after confirming that it is flexible and without obvious obstruction, jog the motor to confirm the correct rotation direction of the motor;

3) When everything is normal, turn on the motor and the Roots blower runs.

4) During operation, pay attention to the oil temperature and oil pressure to ensure that the cooling water and lubricating oil are normal, and measure the vibration and temperature of the motor and blower bearings at regular intervals;

5) No-load debugging time is not less than 2h.

4. Load debugging, according to the introduction of air as the debugging medium.

1) Install the removed intake and exhaust valves, and isolate the inlet pipes with blind plates to ensure that the outlet of the Roots blower is unobstructed;

2) Manually crank a few laps before driving, which feels smoothly; open the vent valve;

3) Start the Roots blower, load debugging for 2 hours, during which the monitoring items are the same as the no-load debugging
