Multistage centrifugal blower are heavy duty blower with relatively high pressure and volume. End users should pay attention to its working condition when blower in service.

Some routine checkup for multistage centrifugal blowers are as follows；

Timely maintenance and overhaul of the lubrication system, use of clean lubricating oil, and adequate lubrication of all bearing parts are important measures to ensure the extension of the service life of the fan. 

During the initial use of the blower, pay attention to check whether the oil has deteriorated; whether there is moisture, pay attention to check that the lubricating oil in the oil chamber which should not be less than one-half of the required amount, so as to avoid oil shortage after starting up. However, too much oil in the oil chamber should not be allowed which can cause the bearing temperature  too high.

Note that lithium-based grease lubricating oil or molybdenum disulfide oil must be used, and calcium-based grease oil must not be used.
