 RH roots blower installation precations

1.The foundation surface of the unit installation should be flat. For easy maintenance and operation, there should be 50cm free space on all four sides of the foundation.

2. During installation, first check the inside of the machine body to confirm  there is no debris,  removing the iron filings and welding slag in the pipeline before connecting  blower,.A solid installation and make sure no leakage between connections

3. When the dust concentration of the conveying air medium exceeds 100mg/m3, it is recommended to install an air filter in front of the muffler at the air inlet.

4. The muffler should be installed between the inlet and outlet of the blower

5. A pressure gauge should be installed on the straight pipe near the outlet of the blower. When the blower is overloaded, the gauge should be able to reflect the overpressure state.

6. In order to ensure the safe operation of the blower, the body itself must not carry any additional loads other than the air inlet silencer: pipes, valves, frames, etc.

7. During installation, it is not allowed to damage the assembly gap of the equipment.After installation, the rotor of the rotating blower should rotate flexibly without impact or friction.
