Centrifugal blower is a kind of rotating blade machinery that converts motive mechanical energy into gas pressure energy.

After the gas or air  evenly enters the impeller, it is subjected to centrifugal force and the diffusing effect of the diffusing section in the rotating blades, so that most of the mechanical energy is converted into gas pressure energy. In this way, the gas undergoes several stages of continuous compression to obtain the required pressure. Mostly  by 2 to 10 levels of compression. Therefore, continuous air supply is a major feature of centrifugal blowers.


The casing is made of gray cast iron (cast aluminum, stainless steel, cast steel, ductile iron, heat-resistant cast iron, etc.), and after heat treatment and aging, the strength and the stability of the material molecular structure are ensured. , The middle partition plate and the exhaust shell are composed of seals between each other, and the kerosene leakage test is passed to ensure that the gas does not leak. There are aluminum alloy toothed mechanical seals at the holes at both ends of the casing to prevent gas leakage. The position of the inlet and outlet is adjusted according to the user's needs. The flange surface can be vertically upward or horizontal (left, right) direction.
